Step1: New a Microsoft Excel(.xls) file to store your Novel SNP list (with sequence, position and substitution )

Step2: Click "Browse" to select your excel file and click "Launch" button for analysis.

Notes:
Your sequence of Novel SNP should be paste in the first column.
Your position of Novel SNP should be paste in the second column.
Your substitution of Novel SNP should be paste in the third column.
Maximum number of your Novel SNP is 500.
