Step1: New a Microsoft Excel(.xls) file to store your SNP list (with rs)

Step2: Click "Browse" to select your excel file and click "Launch" button for analysis.

Notes:
Your SNP rsid should be paste in the first column.
Maximum number of your SNP is 500.
FASTSNP will only process SNP that contained in Ensembl Mart.
